Postage & packaging details

The following postage and packaging rates will apply to all orders:
UK : £3.50
Eire / Europe : £10.00
Rest of World : £15.00

These rates include postage charges and packing costs. Macclesfield Town Football Club Ltd ("MTFC") reserves the right to alter these charges without prior notification.

Please note that orders will be delivered to the address you specify in PayPal when you check out. They will not be shipped to the address which you give us when you register with the Silkmen Store.

UK Delivery

MTFC aims to despatch all orders within 5 working days. However at certain times of the year this may not always be possible. As a result we ask for your patience in allowing 14 days for delivery of your order. Although every effort is made to ensure the swiftest possible delivery, MTFC accepts your order without guarantee of delivery of your order by a specific date.

For UK deliveries, MTFC uses Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. This is a service that requires a signature at the delivery address.

Overseas Delivery

MTFC aim to deliver overseas parcels within 14 - 21 days. These times are dependent on the UK postal services and the destination postal services. MTFC accepts your order without guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

Returns

Send your product back to MTFC, Moss Rose Stadium, London Rd., Macclesfield, SK11 7SP using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service (if overseas please use an insured postal service). Enclose a covering note with information on why you are returning your item(s). We aim to have your replacement product delivered or refund actioned as soon as possible.

Stock availability & pricing

Although MTFC works hard to ensure that goods featured on this site are available at all times, it is possible that on certain occasions individual items may become temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will attempt to contact you by phone, email or letter to arrange a replacement of similar purpose and value. If we are unable to contact you and there is no suitable alternative, then the requested item will be deleted from your order. MTFC reserves the right to withdraw, replace or alter any product without prior notification.

All prices quoted in this catalogue are correct at the time of going to press. Unfortunately on certain occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may become necessary to change individual prices and MTFC reserves the right to do so.
